So, if you're in your 2nd, 3rd, 4th year at UWM or other College, a "Non-Trad" in College or Grad student , or just early in ANY CAREER-type job and UNATTACHED--sorry, no Couples--(Boyfriend/Girlfriend sleepovers are OF COURSE fine)-- you'd probably be a good candidate. just a couple of examples. I AM NOT THE LANDLORD; just a Fellow Housemate and sensible Basic Guy......so be prepared to meet and talk for 45 mins. to an hour to see if we "click."

So, about the space:
Upper Flat 3 bedroom for several months IDEALLY thru either May 31st or Aug 31st; the end or start of "The College year" or "The College Summer.". Other timing tho will certainly be GLADLY considered at this point in time :D Month to month-- Your rent will be PRO-RATED BY THE DAY if you move in middle the month. So no worries; you will NOT PAY for days you can't/don't sleep here. There is 1 small 10x10 bedroom and one HUGE available; $342/ each for 3 people just $ 1025 total per month!! Note that Living room is FURNISHED; Bedrooms are NOT. Security Deposit: $ 408. Nice size open Living Room/Common area with Sofa sleeper couch, 3D High Def LCD/LED display LG TV and 4K BluRay, Netflix and Hulu (on me; you're welcome :D ) and good Klipsch speaker sound system. Also 1/8th inch plug to go right into the jack of YOUR PHONE OR OTHER MP3 PLAYER and put it straight into the living room system.
Now here's the skinny on the Huge Bedroom!!! measures 15 x 13, with a 9 foot deep by 3.5 foot-wide walk-in closet. has double-glass doors with blinds for privacy too. Newly added Venetian Blinds on both big East-Facing inner/outer Storm and screen windows in what is Really a Quasi-Personal Living/Bedroom. Past Roommates have had a Full or Queen Bed & dresser; Music Keyboard or Desk; TV mounted on the wall, and a Full fold-out futon in there for guests. :D .
The other bedroom is 10x10; same size as mine. A 10 x 10 Bedroom can be set up various ways; I have an XL twin in Mine with a computer desk and 6 Foot tall, Five rack vertical storage unit. Tall dresser would do the same trick. Others over the years??? They have had a full or Queen mattress fit and then a good vertical storage rack for example, and even a 32" flat-panel TV right against the wall.
The Landlord Covers water and sewer. Great landlord; multiple years with him and this Flat. Awesome kitchen; NEW stainless-steel fridge; gas stove, dishwasher, great counter space in kitchen, also a high "bar-type" counter opposite the kitchen sink; Window AIR CONDITIONER and ceiling fan in living room. Over half-a-dozen Laundromats within half-a-mile of our place!!
New Furnace so Reliable Gas heat for Winter. Good Gas Water heater; plenty of Hot Water for multiple close-timed showers. Fair bit of basement space for storage also; shared with lower (3 bedroom as well.) Guys in lower are very solid Neighbors; just signed on for their 3rd year. I have an 9 year-old fun Cat. Sorry, no more pets. Very Fast Internet/Energy bill combined is around $61/month apiece. Reliable modem and AC-type WiFi router. Halfway between North and Locust; close to UWM and Brady St. ; Oak Leaf Trail, Maryland, Downer, Lake Drive all right here to walk or bike to easily. One bus access to Shorewood, Bayshore mall, Brady street, downtown, 3rd/5th Wards, Bayview and more. BIG BACK PORCH and small front porch for relaxing, smoking, whatever. No off-street parking ; However you can always get a street spot within a couplea blocks; city night permit is only $56/year bought online :D Ready to show typically on a day's notice .
