I have been living in a 1 bedroom apartment at Whitham avenue in Fayetteville Ar. The complex is called Campus Edge Apartments. It is on the ground floor and it is a quiet area, nice for someone living alone or with family. I will be moving out of country from October to January for some training since I am a graduate student here, so I want to sub lease my apartment for these months. The deposit was $300, but you would not have to pay any deposit since I've already taken care of it. Rent is $345 a month or make a best offer for rent and this is a furnished apartment and utilities end up being pretty inexpensive.
