The house is located in a quiet and upscale neighborhood near DTC (Orchard Rd & Holly St.). It is beautifully decorated and large - 2800 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has a large open kitchen, dining area with mountain view, granite counters, cherry cabinets, security cameras and digital locks. The living space is spread out over three levels, in addition to a basement and a large backyard. Thus, there are lots of space for everyone to enjoy his/her quiet and private time. There are central heating, air conditioning, dishwasher, oversized washer and dryer in the house. All appliances, carpet, paint, window covers and furniture are new as the house has just been remodeled top to bottom. There is an large backyard with vegetable garden, mature fruit trees, tulips, roses, gas grill, and a large patio with contemporary furniture.
