I have been through a shit storm of crappy roommates, beat around the bushers, in it for some sort of sexual experience, and even my very own abusive relationship. I've booted the relationship and want nothing more than to rent a room from a decent human being with at least basic morals. I appreciate an honest up front and non-confrontational human as I am the same.
I will pay my rent, clean up after myself, and you will even benefit from the fact that I have been in the cooking profession for over 13 years.
I am currently employed full-time and I have my own transportation. I appreciate dry humor, live music, and a lot of the more basic things in life. I'm extremely easy to get along with and I can mingle with people from all walks of life.
I can afford 350 a month or 400 including all utilities. I would like to move as soon as possible. I get paid this coming Friday. Ideal situation would be to be able to pay biweekly splitting the rent into two payments as I have found out today that I will not be receiving my deposit back even though my room is in perfect condition. Apparently they left non-refundable out of the agreement. If not that's fine. I get paid every other Friday.
