Quiet couple needing room for rent. Im 25 and my husband is 37. Hes a certified mechanic an handyman. And i work with him most of the time. Usually we arent home an working. Really just need a sleeping room or a quiet place to relax. We have no children. One cat but can be relocated if need to.
Were clean quiet friendly people trying to get back on track. We dont party hang out late or have company. Neither one of us drive so we need somewhere convenient to busline. I would like to find a place between lockland. Avondale. Clifton. Maybe around price hill. I would like to find something no more than 350 per month total.
We have only one flaw we both are smokers an would like to find a place okay with that. Well if you have anything opened please contact me soon as possible id like to be in a new place by AUG 15. We also have references.
