Two twenty-somethings seeking a third housemate for a large house on liberty street. We both work outdoor/eco jobs, generally outdoorsy people, ski/snowboarders, climbers, runners, etc. Looking for a clean, quiet, and hopefully like minded individual to rent a room longer term.

350/mo + electricity (running around $80 total) and heat in the winter (running around $225 total when its bone-chilling, generally closer to 170). WIFI. Washer/dryer on site. Tons of storage space. On-street parking ONLY available, so if you have a car you'll have to figure out something during parking bans. Move in date Aug-15th - Sept 1st
