Hello! I have a beautiful 980 sq ft 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment located on the edge of downtown Nashville and I'm in need of a person (or a couple!) to sublease the master bedroom for me.

I am moving to Baltimore TODAY and I have approximately 2 months left on my lease with the option to renew. The apartment has a private deck, dishwasher, washer/dryer hook ups, and a fireplace. The bathroom is called "Jack and Jill" style meaning it is two separate bathrooms with a shared shower (sort of looks like the letter H). Best of all the unit is located right at the entrance of the complex so it's near the pool, the office, the gym, the internet cafe, and the mailboxes. I'm super close to everything including music row, the airport, Vanderbilt University, the mall, Wal-Mart, Dunkin Donuts, Kroger, etc. There is a bus line at the end of the street (5 min walking) if you don't have a car.

My roommate Drew is always working and when he isn't, he literally stays in his room ALL the time so the majority of the apartment will be yours to use! He is very nice and respectful and he always pays rent on time. Your room will be the master bedroom and it has a walk-in closet and private bath. The apartment is empty other than Drews room, and I left the kitchen table that is in the picture above.

Rent is $720 a month ($360 each) and it includes allocated trash and water. There is a $50 application fee and the deposit will be based on your credit. Other bills you would be responsible for are gas, electric, and cable/internet.
