The room for rent is $375 which does not include utilities. There is also a refundable $375 deposit. No pets or significant others as permanent residents please. Both a background and credit check will be required.

Right now, there are two guys and a girl living here. Preferably, we'd like to fill the fourth room with another girl to keep it balanced, but are open to the best fit. Since we are quiet, active, open-minded professionals and/or students in our late 20's/early 30's, our ideal roommate would be as well. We have music playing most of the time, we like to bike, play tennis, socially drink, go out on occasion, and we definitely enjoy a good card or board game every once in a while. We also describe our place as a Mormon Recovery home and welcome all recovering "Mormons!"
