Looking for a girl to take over my lease of my apartment, have to move back home due to a family matter. Currently sharing the master bedroom with a roommate. Rent comes out $375 a month. Located on Lindley and Devonshire, very close to CSUN campus. There are two other rooms, one girl is in each of the rooms so only a total of 4 girls in the apartment, all CSUN students.
