2 bedroom/1 bath, semi-furnished apartment located in the heart of University City, the Delmar Loop. It is within walking distance to the Delmar Metro Link Station and Washington University. However, there is a bus-stop just outside the apartment that will take you to either place and many other destinations.
Rent: $375 plus 1/2 utilities (which would range anywhere from $40-75 per person depending on the month). You would need to pay $400 as a security deposit to the agency.
Available: January 6th, 2018 (If you need to move a few days earlier, we can talk about it!)
Lease term: January 2018 to July 2018
Other agency policy: No smoking and no pets
About your roommate:
I'm relocating for work purposes, and looking for someone to take on my share of the lease. Your potential roommate is a young female professional, travels Monday-Friday and is home only on the weekends! You can't ask for a better roommate than her! She is friendly, and likes to live in a peaceful environment (while she is home!).
About the potential roommate:
She would prefer to live with a working professional/Grad/Phd student, who is easy to get along with and is respectful of her schedule. She has a slight preference for a female roommate but wouldn't mind considering the right person.
It goes without saying that the basic expectations (like keeping the common area clean, sharing the cleaning chores for the common area, etc.) of a roommate should be.
