QR Code Link to This Post I am getting married the beginning of January and will be moving in with my new wife across town. I would like to rent out my place. It is a two bedroom apartment with a bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen, and living room. My roommate is graduating this December and moving for his job so as of now there will not be any other person in the apartment and he will most likely just pay his portion of the rent for the remainder of his lease (July 2017). The apartment is very well kept, has its own parking lot with parking pass, and the complex is within sight of Old Main on the U of A campus. The neighbors are very quiet and the management is nice. Never had any sort of trouble from the place. It is a closer walk to my classes than when I lived on campus and is a stone's throw away from Dickson street (no calling a cab to get home), so it is SUPER convenient, especially that you have someplace to park your car (which is a scarcity on).
