You will be put on the lease (for your 1/2 legal financial responsibility) and the apartment does a background check on you. They do not do a credit check as I have already rented the apartment in my name. The rent will be split down the middle with all the bills also. Rent is paid PRIOR to the month you are staying here. (you pay for January on January 1st) - Also 1 month security deposit. Rent is 770.00 total between us two. Your half will be 385.00. When rent is due you are responsible to give the office your half of the rent in check or money order. I will never pay anybodies rent or bills. I will have everything shut off before I ever paid somebody else bills and they can put the utilities in their name or move out. You may be able to tell I have been screwed over (or they thought they were going to screw me over), If you are not a responsible person Please DO NOT waste your time with me.

Living room has nice new furniture (not cheap) and a decent TV.
You can cook all you want. Kitchen must be left clean at all times (no exceptions - works both ways)
Apartment is very clean and I just had the carpets cleaned.

Gas 35.00 aprox.
Gas varies with season of course.
Cable/WIFI 30.00 (if you want to add to the cable bill you pay for it) We Got HBO/Basic channels Amazon Prime and WIFI. That's all. To add sports channels the bill will shoot up to 130.00 month and I'm not paying that.
Add in Your food and gas to the above....

I work daily. I get up early. I go to sleep early. This is why I want somebody with a day job and similar hours. We won't be waking each other up and it keeps the bills down.
