Sleeps 10 comfortably with king bed in master bedroom, queen in 2nd bedroom, pyramid bunk w/additional twin trundle in 3rd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
But the most striking feature of our unit is THE VIEW! Private, direct bay front balcony with a 180+ degree view of the bay (at a 75-foot elevation) unmatched anywhere in Ocean City. Spectacular sunsets year-round! Endless wildlife in the wetland preserve immediately in front of the property. The master bedroom offers dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows with the same panoramic views as the balcony. Pictures simply can't capture the experience. The view is that good!
Unit is managed by Best of OC MD Condo Rentals. Check-in/out days for weekly rentals are Saturdays. And when you rent from us, there are no check-in lines to wait in, or keys to pick-up/drop-off. You are given code access to the unit's front door, as well as all of the property's facilities.
Guests provide own linens/toiletries (linen service available for additional fee). No smoking or pets.
Weekly rates from $1,350 to $3,190 (unit rents weekly only, June through Labor Day). Off-season mini-weeks/flex stays available. Sorry, no HS Seniors (minimum rental age - 25).
