its a very quiet and peaceful side street, next cross streets are Waring and Willoughby... AND THAT MEANS : you drive 25 to the beach and 15 min to universal studios.... super great location! you can walk to all the nice little coffee places, restaurant, bars, shops of melrose AV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One side of a spanish duplex with a FANTASTIC NICE living room and dining room with hugh mexican COFEE TABLE, BENCHES AND COUCH ,MORROCCAN LAMPS, and a gorgeous indian door table in the ding room between the living room and the dining area is a hugh arch... which makes the room really charming...
you will also get a NICE cool kitchen (PLEASE NOTE: NO DISHWASHER but if you stay long term I can install one..), a long hallway, two full bathrooms with bath tub one with yacuzzi tub. and there is also a third powder room with toilet and sink ....
washer, dryer in the kitchen which has all the kitchen ware, everything you need, including lines and towles, the whole house has super nice dark hardwood floors (except kitchen and bath rooms which r tiled!!!!!!!!!!!
your part of the DREAM yard includes a wonderful cabana with two daybeds and budda fountain.... ALSO A HUGH picnic table with benches fitting 10 people and your part of the yard also have a tiki bar everything exclusively for you !
ATTENTION: The 2nd unit has its own part of the yard with an other tiki bar so that everybody has its privacy!!!!!! there is a fountain with sitting couches and chairs... and a tiki bar exclusively for you ! Right now I have a lovely couple staying at the small unit which is BASICLY NEVER EVER out IN THE BACKYARD, so as long as they stay (and they are long term tenants :) you have also the backyard for yourself :)
you will get two parking spaces on the lot... one is covered... and there is plenty of street parking on the street...
