My name is Amanda and I am seeking a 3BR apartment/duplex/single-family which allows pets (1) siamese cat & (1) 30# Mini Australian Shepherd) with a maximum rent of $1000.
This would be for myself, my fiance, and our 3 children, 1 which lives with us part time. I have been with the same company for almost 4 years at a machine shop in Cudahy and my fiance has been with his company in South Milwaukee as an assemble for 6 months. Our combined income is approximately $3500/mo with a lot of overtime anticipated in the future. We like to consider ourselves a happy, average American family who get ups everyday for work and comes home to cook our children dinner.
We are currently squashed in a 2BR duplex in Cudahy on a month-to-month lease. Our landlord has asked us to move for 2 reasons. #1 because he has an emergency situation with a family member who needs a place to live and #2 because he knew we have been wanting to move to a larger place. We always pay our rent on time and the landlord will give a good reference.
Both my fiance and myself have evictions in the past and we are praying that another landlord will give us the chance to show it would never happen again. Since the eviction I have been receiving salary pay which stabilized our monthly income.
