At 800 square foot, the studio offers wonderful natural light and plenty of space to shoot on multiple walls to get varying looks and depths. There is a lovely old brick walls that gives a unique built-in background with high west windows that creates the most beautiful natural light that can be shot as front, back or side light.
We have a number of seamless paper backdrop color choices, fabric backgrounds and uniquely built in wall textures that photograph beautifully. To control the light we offer blackout curtains, sheers on the windows and V-Flats for light modification/control. Space offers a work table, clothing rack, changing area, hair and makeup station, bed for boudoir and a black leather sofa. If you want more background options you can venture outside. The streets are filled with unique natural backgrounds. I included some pics just to showcase a few from my short walk half a block in two directions from the front door.
You can meet comfortably with clients as the space can be dually used for consulting with your clients and conducting in-person sales The building has a freight elevator for use for larger studio equipment or props being brought in. Wifi included.
I'm offering hourly, 1/2 day and full day rentals. I'm also offering a discount on hourly, 1/2 or full day rentals to those who would like to commit and prepay for a certain amount of hours each month. The discount is based on how many hours desired and what day of the week and time of the day a person would like to shoot.
