Own my house and have one room with closet and private bathroom available, I will be leaving the house area soon and my Father will be main occupant in the house. Clean kept house, all utilities including washer and dryer are covered in rent with exception of even split of electicity. Room can either be furnished or not, your choice. Full access to kitchen and all dishes, pots, pans, ect. open living room as well. Cats are okay in house, currently have a white lab and cat living in house but will be gone soon. Room is at front of house with bathroom so plenty of privacy. Preferred female renter with past female refferences if.
