I have 1 room left to rent. The current CGSC class is over 5,000 students so if you are late coming in or haven't found anything, please contact me. This is just a single room to rent in a private home. The stairs are right by the front door for easy access. The rooms are fully furnished with double bed flat screen tv, microwave, refrigerator, etc The bathroom is shared by another man. It has 3 sinks and a tub/shower combo. Rent is 400.00 per month and deposit is 400.00 per month unless you are military then it is a reduced deposit. Roommate agreement is required, no smoking and no pets. Laundry room is available for your use. Call with any questions. I do not provide Wifi. You can get it from your cell carrier or a mifi devise from Walmart or some have put a satellite dish up.
