I found this great place in Fayetteville that's close to Dickson.
I'm looking for someone to sublet it this summer so I won't have to pay two rents at once. It's two bedroom, one bath, spacious kitchen and living area, and only $400 a month overall. If you're only looking for a one bedroom I am open paying part of the rent since it's meant for two people.
