You can move in ASAP if you'd like, but you wouldn't have to pay for rent until January 1st. We're both students at the university and would prefer to live with another student but would be willing to consider non-students with full time jobs. No couples please. I have a two year old German Shepherd and there's a big backyard. The room that's available is $400 a month in rent. We have high speed internet and cable with DVR, and all the bills together usually run on average $100 per person a month. The appliances all came included and there's a $425 security deposit. The lease ends on July 31, 2018.
