We are looking for an awesome 4th female roommate to add to our house! We live in a cute 5 bedroom 2 bath house in West Wash Park. There is a nice front yard, porch swing and decent sized backyard with a garden. We are looking for a clean, responsible, fun roommate! Someone who is sociable and is willing to pitch in on house work when need be. We'd also love if you were interactive with us, we all like our space but still enjoy people who don't want to just rent a room in the house but actually be apart of it!
All 3 females in our early to mid 20's, two of us work full time and the other goes to school full time. We love having park days, hiking, cooking, breweries, getting outdoors, but also enjoying a nice binge session on Netflix. There is 1 senior cat in the house but is pretty shy and likes to hide upstairs. Sorry, no other pets allowed.The house is walking distance to the Broadway light rail stop and Wash Park, along with some coffee shops and bars/restaurants nearby as well.
There is a garage out back used for storage and occasional parking. We all typically street park with no issues and have never had to park more than a few houses.
