I have a 2 bdr house in Portland close by main st, Middletown, Wesleyan university, Middlesex Hospital , Cromwell, Glastonbury and Meriden.
The house is located in nice quiet neighborhood and close to the highways and CT river.
I am looking for professional or student roommate.
- No smoking inside the house but outside is fine.
- Two references will be required.
- Must be clean and organize.
- 1 month security deposit is required
I am easy going and respectful. I expect from the roommate to be clean and respectful as well.
Rent will be $400/Month. all furniture and utility included. high speed internet as well.
