My roommates are leasing a house and moving out, and I have to find someone else to rent with. We live in a private owned apartment, 3 br 2 ba with w/d in unit. Its very close to great parts of baltimore, literally 15 minutes to downtown but with no neighbors! If you cannot bear to be far away from the electricity of downtown but seeing dirty people M-F depresses you I might be able to help.

I'm 26m looking for above all someone not starved for attention, and the quieter the better. Can you deal with this honesty?! I try to keep up with things that need taken care of like buying toilet paper when its low, buying salt before the snowstorm, etc. I can live with anyone male, female, straight, LGBT, white, brown, etc. The owner's requirements are no smokers, and no cats and dogs. I think that if you are around my age, and in my income range, that will be enough. I'm a friendly person, but I don't have to hang out with my roommates all the time. Ideally, looking for a nursing/physician/law student at U of Maryland who wants to steer away from student housing. Or Johns Hopkins Bayview, Mercy, or Franklin Square nurse. If you don't have a car, there's a bus stop literally across the street that's a straight shot to all those institutions. But as you see rent is very affordable for most.

Utilities are $70-140. Because my roommates are taking the comcast account with them we have another option. I have chromecast and can find most shows a day later on the internet, and I'm looking into sling TV which will get ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, TNT, ESPN and other networks live for $20/month. https://www.sling.com/package.
