In need of a roommate at the end of August. The house I rent is at Chippewa and Kingshighway. Rent is 407.50/month plus utilities, cable and Internet. The monthly total would range from 600 to 700. I have two very friendly dogs and if you have a pet I'm okay with that. Fenced in backyard and washer and dryer in an unfinished basement.
