I am currently going month to month, and looking for a new roommate I can sign on a new lease with -- the roommate would need to be able to pass a background check, because the apartment complex wants anyone living here to sign onto the lease, put in an application, and have a background check done. I can break down the prices if interested, but with internet, electricity and rent (heat and trash services etc, are included), your half would be about 420, sometimes less (it can be slightly different each month due to electricity useage, which can be hard to predict.
