Rent is $570 a month plus utilities and cable (typically and additional $50 a month). Apartment is 5 minute walk to UC's campus. The apartment is completely furnished except for the bedrooms. The apartment also features central air, dish washer, and a brand new washer and dryer (in the unit). We have internet and basic cable that is already set up, the fee is included in the utilities each month.
Driveway parking is an additional monthly cost, but there is street parking available!
Unfortunately, no pets please!
