The condo is located one block from the Hartford Public Library and a few minutes walk from the Wadsworth Antheneum, Uconn Hartford campus, and all the dining and entertainment that Front street has to offer. The room comes with all you see in the pictures as well as use of a private bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo has a door man and round the clock security. Roommate would be responsible for half the utilities which would be around 100 dollars depending on the month. Roommate is also responsible for own parking. All who are interested will be subject to an in person interview, a background and credit check, and security deposit of one months rent.
