I have compiled a few highlights.... I am interested in renting a room (14x15/ 210ft /18 Meters) (This post is for the smaller room which is 13x10 / 130ft 2 ) in my townhouse located in the Fairfax Co.-Annandale is part of Fairfax County.

The cost for the room is $425.00
plus $50. per month for Utilities, WiFi (The area is wired to host Fios), electricity, a standard digital T.V. service, laundry, trash, lawn care, AC/ Heat, and other electric.
And, a security deposit of $475.00

We are looking for a student/professional, this is also a non- smoking/drug free and a party free household. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Moreover, you should be employed by a firm such that we may verify employment and salary prior to your inspection/visit to the house. )

Now, your room is completely furnished with a desk, a cherry wood dresser , sliding door closet, a new rug, recently painted walls in lavender, and a bit more. Also, a bathroom is allotted to you and the other tenant.
Note, the room is set-up for one person, and therefore cannot handle couples, nor visitors. However, if you are tidy, compatibly will not be an issue, same thing stands for the remaining areas of the house such as the kitchen....

Moreover, most tenants are with us for a few years, therefore the ideal tenant should stay more than a few months.
