QR Code Link to This Post Hi there! Thanks for reading my ad. My fiance and I have a 3rd bedroom to rent out to a cool female who is ok with pets. We have 3 rescued cats and 1 rescued pit bull...the cats mostly hide from ppl and the dog is a lover girl - she loves everyone....

we are at our max with pets however and per the landlord/owner of house, we can NOT have any more animals. Sorry..

also we will not rent to any couples, please do not call and ask....it is non negotiable.

Rent is 425 per month due on the first always...the late fee is 50 per day after the first. This is not us it is the owner of the house.
We do need a deposit of $100 as well. Total to move in is 525. We would of course pro rate the rent if moving in on the middle of the month. We will need to confirm your identity via a state issued ID card. Also we will ask you to sign a short roommate agreement.

Cable TV, high speed wifi, and use of kitchen and its contents included...also electric and water as well. IF you have one of those small dorm size fridge's that is fine, but it would require an additional 50 per month for the extra electric they use.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, we have been here four years and never had any problems whatsoever. Our neighbors look out for each other and are super nice. If you have a car we have driveway space for you to park it. We are also 3 blocks from the lynx bus stop for the 21 bus.
