QR Code Link to This Post My girlfriend and I are looking for someone to rent our extra bedroom. It's never used so we figured we could rent it out to someone who needs it.
We have a 9 month old daughter who shares our room. We are laid back people who don't like drama.
The rent is $450 including utilities and WiFi and cable. The house is in walking distance of Maury regional, McDonald's, and a mile away from Kroger. It's not a big place so don't expect that. We will require a background check. No one over the age of 30 as we would like someone close to our age.
NO pets.
