THE HOUSE:
Lots of space, Hardwood floors throughout most of the house, formal living room, eat in kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave ect, Washer and Dryer in laundry room in finished basement.
THE ROOM:
The room is spacious with a closet, two windows, ceiling fan, and comes with a window fan if needed however there is air conditioning in the house. Nice hardwood floors. The color in the room is a pretty blue color now. I invite you to come look at the room and the house.
We are looking for a roommate who are responsible, pick up after themselves, respect each others privacy, and can become friends. This is my house so cleanliness is very important. All are welcome to respond. The house is big, warm and homely. I do not discriminate. This can be either month to month or lease. I would post pictures but I rather you see the house in person. I do understand due to the recent economy that credit may be an issue so as long as you pay on time, credit is not an issue for me.
