Access to the house including Kitchen area is allowed, though you are responsible for your own groceries and cleaning up after yourself. There are basic reasonable rules to follow that can be explained. Washer and Dryer on premises, Dishwasher, Smoking outside only. Must provide your own food or contribute to the cost of food.
