Coming September 1st I will have an empty room in my spacious SW home. As of right now there are 5 males and 2 females living at the house ranging in ages 25-38 (I am 38 and the owner of the house) with one of the males moving out in the middle of the month. I know that seven people sounds like a lot but the house is spread out on three floors and everyone has their own lives whether it consists of boyfriends/girlfriends, work, school, hobbies, etc. so you rarely see that many around at one time. I am currently at the house with just one other roomie who is in his room preparing for work. The house stays clean and quiet, I would like to keep it that way for all involved. (Who wants to come home to a noisy, chaotic house anyways?) I am looking for a well rounded, clean, responsible, considerate person in our age range to fill the space who knows how to leave the party at the party and the bar at the bar. Those who are not afraid to chip in around the house and know how to conserve energy is a plus. We prefer someone who doesn't drive and takes public transit or bikes being parking is a bit tight at the house but not a deal breaker. All is welcome! (race, religion-as long as you are not pushy, cultures, lifestyles, etc.......) Please no couples, pets, slackers, liars, thieves or tweekers. The house is 420 friendly as long as it isn't excessive. I do have a 5 month old pup in the case that you may be allergic.
