I am looking for someone to move into the second bedroom in my apartment. My current roommate moved out on Sept. 1st and I've just decided to rent out the room. I am looking for someone to move in mid-September (September 15) or sooner if you would like. To move in you would have to undergo a background check through my landlord and sign a new lease with me. I would prefer that my new roommate be age 25-35 with a full-time job.

A little bit about the place:

-The rent is $650 a month. Utilities (electricity and internet) are usually an additional $70/month.
-The new roommate would need to replace my last roommate's deposit of $250.
-The apartment is 2 bed/ 1 bath. I am very clean so I don't think anyone would have a problem sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and living room area with me.
-I have a full-time job so I am out of the apartment from 8-6 p.m. Post work I am usually out with friends or at the gym.
-Since the apartment is on 21st in downtown, parking is street parking (Zone M). The permit costs $60/year.
-The apartment is an awesome 9 unit building so we all know each other. The building consists of 20-40 y.o. professionals.
-The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building. The apartment only has 3 floors so you would be living on the top floor!
-No cats/dogs allowed.
