I have a room for rent in the heart of Mentor, close to shopping and freeways(RT 2 and RT 90) Only 10 minutes from Lakeland/5 minutes to Great Lakes mall. I am a male, laid back, I work a fulltime job....looking for a drama free roommate who is clean, responsible, non-smoker who respects their living space regardless of ownership. Home is 1400 sq ft home with 1.5 baths. Full bathroom would be shared, 1/2 bath still needs work. The rent will be $460 with utilities and wi-fi. Use of common areas, kitchen and laundry. I have two freeloaders, a dog and cat, so there would NO more room for anymore pets.
