Alright so currently I live with 3 great friends. All 4 of us are guys. One is moving out in August, and we need someone to move in by August 1st, maybe a little later if needed.
House is very large, bedrooms all have plenty of space as well. 2.5 bath. You would be sharing a full bath with 2 of us. (Master has own bath). Huge backyard, Petronis park is right out front. Off street parking included. Your room would have its own ceiling fan, plenty of light(windows) if thats a plus. Rent is 470, utilities shared between 4 people usually comes out to be an additional 120-140 a person depending on the month.
The three guys, including myself, that you would be living with all work, one is also still in school. We all make it a priority to clean up after ourselves and keep the place looking nice. Outside of that I think you will find we are all extremely laid back and very easy to get along with. All of us are pretty active and enjoy doing different things around the city. I've been living with these guys for over 2 years and we have never had any issues. Your space and property would be respected. We drink in moderation, only on weekends. None of us smoke (prefer a non-smoker). Unfortunately no pets are allowed, not our choice but the landlord's.
