Stone's throw to the water's edge. The New Prospect launch is just around the corner. Ten minutes to the city of Hartwell. This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths provides all of the comforts of home. Privacy and serenity is provided to each bedroom which are unique and enables late sleepers not to be interrupted by the early birds. Upstairs, the spacious master suite has its own sun room with an awesome view of the lake. Bedroom two has twin beds. All close to a full size bath. Main level, Bedroom 3 is located down the hall with bunk beds right next to the second bath. The remaining bedroom has a great view of the lake from the back of the house. So wake up in the morning, look at the lake and ponder the days activities without getting out of bed. The family room is located such that no one hears the TV, Movie or conversing. The large kitchen with breakfast counter and built in table and bench have great views of the lake. Kitchen contains everything you would to make a quick meal or something more extravagant. A grill is also provided for your convenience. Most of us must work even if we are on vacation so a High-Speed wireless internet connection is provided.
A boat dock enables you to tie up your boat or water toys as well as plenty of swimming area. The walk into the water is gradual making it easy for new or proficient swimmers to enjoy the lake.
This is a non-smoking, no pet property. We are trying to respect those whom have physical issues with both.
