Hey! So we have a 5 bedroom house off baseline and 37th and we're looking for a fifth roommate to fill a spot opening in may. The room being offered is the smaller room with the rent at 360.00 not including utilities. It's a pretty large house, big basement, spacious upstairs area and a large backyard. We're actually going to have a great garden too that's going to bring lots of awesome vegetables and can be a great place to hang out. I'd say the biggest thing to know moving in is we have 3 dogs currently. A large great dane, a mellow collie mix and a terrier mix with lots (and lots) of energy.
