I have a 5 unit multi-family building, 3 bay garage, on 6.5 acres of land for sale. They are all 2 bedrooms and have about 1000sqf. Three are rented and I live in one. The last apartment needs painting and some minor fixing(walkout basement). This is my second year to rent them and I have been fortunate with decent tenants. All appliances are less than 5 years old. There is no smoking or pets on property. There is a tared parking lot and back driveway. Fruit trees, raised garden beds, and blueberry bushes on property. It needs some work but it is getting there. All have separate utilities and Rinnai heaters(propane). Laundry in basement but no coin/machines. Call me if your interested and make a decent offer.
