I'm looking to rent out my extra room to a responsible, tidy and mature person. Its a 2 bed and bathroom trailer, so you will you have your own private bath. And the rooms are on separate ends of the trailer. Room has built in shelving and closet. I don't party but I do work and stay up late. It gets hot in the summer, and I keep it cooler in the winter. I have 3 cats, so no more pets. I will take care of everything except shoveling in the winter, you will need to shovel your side of the driveway. No cable tv, but I do have internet/wifi/Netflix.
