HOUSE:There are 3 bedrooms but 2 are occupied. Two story townhouse in a community of only 40 units, clean & well-kept with lots of storage throughout. Must like to be around a dog that "can't hold her licker" and two cats who enjoy human companionship.

SHARED: Upstairs Bathroom, Kitchen (Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher)Laundry room,
storage space available in garage. Half bath downstairs is where the cats quarters are, the dog lives with me. Living room unfurnished and open to suggestion as to how to utilize that space as there is currently no TV/cable. If you desire so, it can be arranged to subscribe to cable or satellite TV.

ROOM: 12x9 Bedroom with California Closet insert. There is a high speed internet hook up in place & lots of power outlets.

NO's: No dogs(already at the limit in the complex), couples, drugs or smoking. If you have a cat that likes dogs, we may be able to welcome your feline into the household.

LOCATION: Close to 99, I-5, and minutes from Auburn valley/Hwy 18; yet in secure gated residential area.

Not far from Busline, Park and Ride; Close to parks, restaurants, shopping.

YOU: Will be Background Checked. Must be employed with work history.
Looking for a easy going, responsible working person who pays bills on time.

MONTHLY: $500 Rent will be month to month, to allow flexibility. Includes high speed internet and utilities. Handset for landline is downstairs; it is intended for business use between 8 am and 5 pm but is available to all to use.

I like to keep the house reasonably clean and be courteous of other people's space.
I maintain a day-shift work schedule from home and into the evenings during the typical tax season January thru April. The other room is occupied by a student who keeps busy w work & school.
