I work alot of hours, both from home, and my office, so basically Sunday though Thursday pretty vanilla, I like to get a little laid back on Friday and Saturday nights- nothing to hard, but drinks and stay up a bit later (my god I turning into my grandparents lol).

I am looking for a M or F roommate, someone who works alot like me, I do have a dog and unfortunately he does not like other dogs, (a cat is a possibility) he is very well behaved, (11 years old) groomed every 6 weeks, (his haircuts are $90, mine are $15) nails ground down and trained not to get on furniture.

My home is welcoming, I am not a clean freak however cant deal with clutter, or dirty dishes, big difference in messy and dirty, I wont deal with dirty- sorry folks just not me. I am looking for $500 per month with a $500 Security Deposit, and a $25 application fee, and a signed month to month tenancy. Rent includes everything except for food and toiletries, wifi included, sorry its winter, so if you cant deal with 68-70 degree heat we wont click- I like a blanket when I sleep, and if you dont maybe try it?

Kids will not work well with my schedule, and dog, no offense, I am looking to find someone who can possibly be a friend and not just a roommate. For those straight men out there with issues living with a gay guy- get over yourself and get a better job and buy a house- for those women who want to be the real life Will & Grace I am down. I do not judge people, and expect the same. Simply put some help with the bills, and mutual respect and cleanliness is all I ask.
