So my roommate Brittany and I are looking for a roommate to live in our 3rd bedroom of our 1,700 sqft condo. We are both 24, both work full time and I am in an intense program at school so you would often have the place to yourself! We are both very clean and easy going. She's still pretty new to Nashville from WI and I have been here for 5 years now from Memphis.
The condo is 15 minutes from downtown, and close to a ton of restaurants, starbucks, walmart.
The room is very spacious with 2 big closets, and you and Brittany would share a bathroom. There is a large attic for extra storage, wifi, att verse cable with DVR in each room, trash pickup, covered parking, POOL, tennis courts, and we have a washer and dryer and it is fully furnished (except for your room).
$500 will be due 1st of the month. late on the 5th. It will include it all! electric, gas, water, cable, wifi.
The only requirements are no smoking, no convicted felons, and you must love dogs because we have a 90 lbs german shepherd who will love you back! (I included 2 photos of him, he's the sweetest)
We are fun, and love watching netflix, cooking, and having friends and family over occasionally.
