Hello! I am a 32 y/o male, professional, full-time student. I am seeking a comfortable living arrangement ASAP. I am quiet, respectful, responsible, and spend most of my time studying my craft or attempting to learn other things I am interested in. I am NOT a nuisance. I don't carry on loud activities and don't consort with frequent random visitors. I do however have 2 children (boys) with whom I would like to spend time with on weekends only. That is not mandatory for I will be graduating in a few months and will be seeking a home of my own for them and myself.

I am currently enrolled in an Auto Technician training program until I graduate January. This program is provided by a Christian-based organization and not only provides me paid training but also will award me a job upon graduation. I get a bi-weekly stipend of $300. It would very feasible for me to allot up to $250 bi-weekly towards my living expenses. That is $500 a month. Don't worry about food. I am provided meals every day at school and have food stamps.

My ideal living arrangement would include a furnished room with a bed, dressers, and a closet. A TV and private bathroom preferred but not mandatory. I would like to have wifi and laundry included. Anything else can be discussed.
