I am looking for a basement to rent in the Northern Virginia/Maryland (specifically- counties of Fairfax, Alexandria, and Arlington. Prince George's and Montgomery). Need to move in near April 2015 to June 2015. The BM with private entrance and exit, bathroom, and windows. It could be either studio basement with kitchen, or have a bedroom with living room/kitchen. Prefer close to metro and bus. Elementary schools nearby. We are family 2 adults/2 children. We will be able to pay the rent on time, price range of $500 - $950 including all utilities as well since my boyfriend is the only one working professional while I am a stay at home with two children. 1 boy (7 yrs old), 1 girl (1 year old).
