We have a small pack of mutts we keep in our large backyard. The room/area in question for rent is a room 10ft x 12ft with a closet. And as previously mentioned there is a full bathroom one door away from your bedroom. Rent includes utilities. First (1st) and last months rent will be required prior to moving in with 6 month lease. Only 1st months rent due for a 12 month lease, your choice. We have a pretty respectable gym in another of the basement rooms, large deck with a BBQ grill and hot tub on it, decent workspace in the garage, and slowly we are putting together a game room in 2nd living room on the main.
