Room includes access to guest bathroom which would basically be yours to use as i have my own bathroom in master bedroom. You will be responsible for keeping this bathroom clean because its still the bathroom my mom would use if she visited:-). Free WiFi. Can add cox cable with DVR to room for additional $15 a month fee or basic cable for $5 a month. Off street parking. laundy room. Plenty of extra closet space and empty cabinet space in kitchen. Room is semifurnished with a full size bed and a table with lamp can add a dresser if needed. 420 friendy is a plus. 420 only no cigarettes in the house. Room dimensions 11ft 4 inches by 9ft plus closet. Rent will be $500 month all utilities included. In order to move in need$1000. Thats $500 for first months rent and $500 security deposit up front. Security deposit will be returned upon end of rental agreement as long as room is in same condition. will need last month's paycheck stubs to verify employment. no deadbeats like my tenant I just got rid of lol. Also just to let you know I get up early in the mornings like 530 and get on the treadmill which can get a bit squeaky but I turn a fan on to try and muffle and sound. my last tenant ran a fan in his room while sleeping said he never really heard it but idk. I run a fan while I sleep otherwise house is too.
