Public transportation is right across the street. Your private space would be the entire upstairs which includes 2 rooms with a huge closet and a half bath. It is fully furnished. The shared spaces are the kitchen, dining room, full bath, laundry and courtyard. I have a well behaved dog so you must be a dog lover and not have pet allergies. (No additional pets, no exceptions). She will not be in your space. Rent is $500 a month and includes all utilities. I do first and last month up front with the understanding that you will provide 30 days notice if moving. I'm a 40 yr old female with work full time and would like to find another female to share the house. The house is non smoking and quiet. I do employment and reference checks.
