QR Code Link to This Post I am currently looking for a place to live that is located in St. Charles, ideally east of Randall road, and within the actual city, not way out in unincorporated areas. I work right off of Randall rd and Route 64 (North Ave.), so the closer to that area I am, the better. I am not sure how long I want to live in this area, so I am mostly interested in subleasing, or a short term lease. Month to month works great, but I am open to a years lease if the price is decent.

I am a single white male, in my 30's, have a bachelors degree, and good education. I like to workout and stay in shape, am very clean, and am not a big partier or anything like that. I have no pets. I do not have a vehicle, thus do not need a parking spot. I have my own furniture, as well, but am a minimalist in that aspect. Less is more... I am very easy going, get along with just about everyone I meet, and work full time. I am not picky who I live with, so long as you are clean as well, and pick up after yourself.
