My husband and I are looking for a rental in the Fayetteville, Springdale and surrounding area, with at least two bedrooms (three is preferable), that allows pets (dog and cat). We have a fantastic rental history for the entire time we have been in NWA, which is over ten years. I am a non smoker who exiles my poor husband outside to smoke, so the rental will remain smoke free. We also need a fenced in backyard for our dog to get her exercise. We are intensely private people; you don't have to worry about us throwing any wild parties or having a lot of foot traffic in and out of the rental.

We are a slightly older, married, couple; I'm in my mid thirties and my husband is in his early 40's. My husband is a degreed chef who works for Springwoods Behavioral, so we have steady and stable income. I work from home doing customer service, so my job is stable as well, though my husband is the main bread winner. We are looking for a place to live in for the next few years, at least, while we prepare to buy a home.

We would like to pay $500 or less a month, though that may be negotiable for the right home. We have our own washer, dryer and refrigerator so those do not need to be included, though we won't complain if they are! We are looking to move within the next couple of months, as we will not leave without giving our current landlords sufficient notice. We are pretty self sufficient, as far as home and yard care and repairs, so you don't have to worry about us bothering you unless something catastrophic happens.
